About Us
Neighbor to Neighbor is an Educational organization based in Bloomington-Normal IL. The Multicultural Academic Achieve ment Recognition Program is probably our most popular pro gram. It started in 1991 at Illinois Wesleyan University. For 26 years we have honored 1500 - 1600 honor roll students each year from Central Illinois public and non-public schools com bined. This program helps students feel proud and it gives them an incentive to work harder each year to continue re ceiving recognition in the program.
